ABOUT MENTOR-MENTEES
AMA’s mentor-mentee program is designed to foster meaningful connections between underclassmen and upperclassmen who have more experience.
As a mentee, you'll be paired with a mentor who can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights about AMA and the college experience. This relationship offers you a chance to gain practical knowledge, receive academic and professional advice, and develop social skills that can push you toward the path to success.
For mentors, this is a wonderful opportunity to give back and share your experience. The mentor-mentee program is not only about professional development, but also about building lasting relationships and networking within the CMU community.

HOW TO BECOME/RECEIVE A MENTOR
Interested in becoming a mentor or mentee at CMU AMA? Here’s how you can get involved:

Attend Our Mentor-Mentee Speed Dating Events: Meet potential mentors or mentees in a fun, informal setting to find the perfect match. If you miss it, you can always find other members at any of our socials or GBMs!

Create a Slide Introducing Yourself: Add a slide to our mentor-mentee slide deck to showcase your background, interests, and what you’re looking for in a mentor-mentee relationship.

Fill Out the Mentor-Mentee Form: Complete our form with your interests and any preferences to help us pair you with the best match.

Attend the Mentor-Mentee Reveal: Join us at the reveal event to discover your mentor or mentee and start your journey together.
